Lifted Living
A mixed-use building made for those 55 and up who may need assistance with certain aspects of life. This building holds several amenities that even non-residents can enjoy such as, a convenience store, gym, restaurant, a small library, as well as a barber shop and IT assistance.
Gossman Hall
Expanding the NDSU downtown campus, this new ceramics building will give pottery/ceramic students a much needed upgrade to their facilities. Gassman Hall uses concrete as its prominent construction material while adding a warmer touch to the learning environment.
The Artisan
Located on the Red River, The Artisan is part of a larger collaborative project to build a new Fargo/Moorhead downtown. Here people can enjoy performances at the auditorium, experience artwork in the gallery and shops, as well as have the opportunity to learn in the culinary classroom.
Paynesvile Library
A wood focused project in a small Minnesota town. This new public library was a commission by the mayor for the townspeople. We were tasked to help the community envision what they wanted in this new dedicated space. A conversation was started before a firm was even hired.
